Church Life: Singles & College
Connect
Maybe you're a full-time student who's here 9 months out of the year. Maybe you're working hard at a new job in the city. Maybe you're doing the part-time school / part-time work thing. Maybe you're well into a career at this point. Or maybe you're not really sure what you're doing right now.
Wherever you are in life, Sovereign Grace is a community where you can get plugged in to worship and grow alongside others. In addition to Sundays, we offer care groups where you can build genuine friendships and enjoy Biblical fellowship with others.
Also, different families in our church host regular "big group lunches," where young adults are invited to share a meal and hang out together. (For the date of the next big group lunch, check the bulletin board.)
Serve
Students and singles are a vital part of our local church.
On a typical Sunday morning, you'll see them serving all over the placeāup front, behind the scenes, before, during, or after the service. And that's just talking about Sundays...
As a church, we're deeply grateful for the way these men and women are pouring out their lives for God's glory.
Commute
College students come from several area campuses to participate in our church. For info on rides from your campus, please contact our church office.
For Wheaton students: Beginning Sunday, August 22, we will have a shuttle for students meeting at 9am in the loop by Saga (a.k.a. Anderson Commons).
If you're beyond your twenties...
Are you single and beyond the "young adult" season of life? You can connect with mature singles and others in unique seasons of life at our regular "Seasons Lunches." (For more details, check the bulletin board.)
